Jane White has Souhegan at 16- 0Last night, junior point guard Jane White (who is are #1 junior in New Hampshire) finished with 13 points, six rebounds and five steals, while senior guard Christan Wojtas, who had 14 points and nine rebounds to lead Souhegan to a 52-34 victory over Hollis/Brookline. The best part is that the Sabers are 16-0 with two games remaining this week. Freshman Mickenzie Larivee, scored 14 points and grab six rebounds in the victory.
The Sabers girls are two games away from earning the top seed and a home court advantage for the first two rounds of the tournament.
For the Souhegan boys, Devin Gilligan (our #3 rated junior in New Hampshire) scored a game-high 33 points and grabbed 17 rebounds as the Sabers defeated Hollis/Brookline 70-46 to move to 10-4 on the season. Seth Cordts (our #24 ranked senior) added 14 points and Brandon Len added 12.
